Access your accounts following these shortcuts when connected:
Call Northland and press 4 to transfer to our telephone banking.  Then enter your [member no.] then press #, then enter your 4 digit [password] and then press #    From there you can access these selections:

Account Inquiries press 1 then press 1 for Balances or 2 for Cleared Checks or 3 for Recent Transactions or 4 for Paid Dividends or 5 for Loan Status

Money Transactions press 2 then press 1 for Transfer Funds or 3 to Request Check

Credit Union Rates press 3 then press 1 for Savings Rates or 2 for CD Rates or 3 for Loan Rates or press 4 for Loan Estimates then press 1 to calculate payments or 2 for to calculate loan terms or press 4 for a mailed loan application or press 5 to have a loan officer call you
